リーダに次善手はない。常に最善手かリーダーはとらない。
なぜなら、次善手をとる事は責任逃れであり、無責任だからである。
リーダーたる者は、常に、真剣勝負。
最善だと思った策で勝負すべきなのである。
さもなければ部下を説得する事はできない。
